At UNITED HOME CARE LLC, we directly employ all of our caregivers—ensuring consistency, accountability, and peace of mind for every client we serve. This means there’s no need to manage separate payments or tax responsibilities, as all required deductions such as Social Security, federal, state, and local taxes are handled by us. We also provide each team member with workers’ compensation and liability insurance coverage. Because our caregivers are our employees—not independent contractors—you’re free from the burden of paperwork, risk, and uncertainty.
Our caregiving team is made up of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), qualified under New Jersey law to provide essential personal care such as bathing, dressing, and daily living assistance.
All CHHAs undergo thorough criminal background checks, including fingerprinting, and are required to be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the country. Each caregiver works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse who develops a personalized Plan of Care in collaboration with the client and family. With this guidance, our caregivers deliver a wide range of services—including personal care, companionship, transportation, housekeeping, palliative support, and advanced care—always with professionalism, respect, and heart.
